Description
SAP Support/Helpdesk analyst- permanent - required by our Solihull based client - £35-40k- to support their new and innovative platform. They are looking for an enthusiastic and technically capable individual to provide product and basic technical support to their SAP FI end users internally.Responsibilities will include:
- Answering support requests and escalating them as needed
- Working on a rotating after hours and weekend schedule to support enterprise customers
- Assisting with reporting on customer support statistics
- Creating help and training documentation
Requirements:
- Strong skills and experience with SAP FI
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or MIS
- Strong analytical and problem solving skill set
- A passion for business analytics, modelling and planning
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
