Description
SQL Systems integration engineer is required by my client who sits within a prestigious investment bank based in Canary Wharf - LondonThe reason why my client requires a strong systems integration engineer is because they are growing their team to handle more work that they have been given by the business due to regulatory commitments. You will be at the forefront of the regulatory technology space in database development and will be facing off to the business to improve the way they can provide unique reports to regulators, risk managers, traders and product control.
The role needs a strong SQL systems integration engineer who has the ability to develop a strong Business Intelligence suite along with good knowledge of the Risk and Treasury business.
This role will require you to work on a piece of software "off the shelf" called Wolters Kluwer. Wolters Kluwer is a third-party 'off the shelf' application which has the capability to support typical Treasury liquidity functions. It is a large and complex enterprise application
This is a contract role with market rates.
Essential Skills
* Strong SQL Business Intelligence Suite development experience
* Solid SSIS (high priority and complex) development
* Solid T-SQL development skills
* SQL 2008 and creation of SSIS packages
* Experience within investment banking is an ESSENTIAL RISK or TREASURY Preferred
