My exclusive client are looking to recruit a Site Manager on a long term contract at a competitive rate of pay.This is a new-build project and the client is looking for a representative to liaise with the EPC and ensure major milestones are hit during the course of the project.
A strong multi-disciplinary engineering background is ideal however most importantly the ideal candidate should have experience in managing and overseeing major projects, motivating and managing sub-contract labour and having a strong commercial awareness.
Communication and organisational skills are also vitally important and the candidate should have demonstrable examples of systems that they have implemented to improve site efficiency.
Environmental implications should also be taken in consideration at all times so an awareness of this is essential.
