At a bare minimum, you must possess:
Core Java
Confidence in multi-threading, memory usage and performance optimisation
Experience of in-memory data manipulation that can handle large numbers of records
Track record of successful implementation with 5+ years java development experience
Genuine enthusiasm for coding and the development process
Flexible "can do" attitude with changing priorities
Good team worker
Self motivated learner
