My client is a well established Microsoft Dynamics gold partner based in London. They have the highest brand recognition in the market, and are growing faster than 10% per annum.

They are now looking for an entrepreneurial Sales Director to help them take advantage of the growing ms dynamics market.

Your role as a SD will be to manage the existing team of sales executives who need inspiration, direction, organization and support.

Specific Tasks Include:-
  • Open up new markets.
  • Organize the sales team to perforn.
  • Plan budgets and growth with the European Director.
  • Design and produce regular reports giving clear information on sales history and forecasts.
  • Set targets for the sales force and monitor them.
  • Regular sales meetings, with a hands on approach to sales.
  • Look after the image of the company, ensuring high quality and excellent delivery service.


Skills and Experience:-
  • Experience of working with CRM/ERP solutions, preferably with another gold partner.
  • A proven track record of over achieving against targets and demonstrating a real contribution and achievement.
  • Experience of dealing with P&L.
  • Be entrepreneurial, have sound judgment, excellent commercial acumen, have a positive personality with the ability to lead and to influence customers and your team.
  • Be willing to travel.
