About the Role
You will be developing long term relationships with the clients and provide successfully delivery of service solutions and meet the client's needs. You will also be responsible for increasing opportunities and revenue through effective team management of Services Consultants with a focus on delivering the best outcome for clients and exceeding their expectations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Active promotion of the services and software solutions offered
- Meeting and exceeding of individual and team quarterly consulting targets
- Pro-active account management through on-site visits and telephone contact with clients
- Ensure all consultants achieve and maintain required level of product knowledge
- Ensure the quality of services provided to clients exceed their expectaions
Skills and experience
- Qualification and experience with payroll and/or HR software
- Knowledge of Payroll Software, for example MicrOpay Meridian, Chris21, ADP,etc.
- Project Management experience.
- Confident and have the ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
- People management skills
