My client an Investment Bank based in Brussels require a Qualification Support Leader.
Your mission is to align, monitors and ameliorates test methodologies and processes within the division. You communicate to any party involved. Part of the job is assembling comments from the team members and use them to make better solutions. You report to the team manager. You ensure that the Quality Center structure is maintained. Reviews of Acceptance Test Strategy and other Test documents will be in your daily tasks. Next to coaching and training the team on the processes and methodologies used.
Education & Soft skills:
Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience

Experience:
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in testing.
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar function.
- Good analytical skills, with an eye for detail.
- Good communication skills (oral and written).
- Is familiar with management techniques and those of conducting projects
- Is able to use group motivating techniques
- Is able to motivate people around a common objective
- Is able to manage the common interest by consolidating staff originating from various backgrounds (in-house or outside the bank)
- Experience with Offshoring
Technical experience/
knowledge:
- Good knowledge of HP Mercury suits and related products
- Knowledge of test automation techniques and performance testing techniques
Mandatory:
- Test methodologies and standards: ISTQB,and TMAP.
- Quality Centre.
- Test strategy.
Language:
French - Fluent understanding, with good speaking and writing.
Dutch - Fluent understanding, with good speaking and writing.
English - Fluent understanding, with good speaking and writing.
