Infrastructure Software Engineer - JEE, SOA, Weblogic

We are looking for a Infrastructure Software Engineer - JEE, SOA, Weblogic with 8 years of experience in order to work at the European Commission.
JOB DESCRIPTION for Infrastructure Software Engineer - JEE, SOA, Weblogic:
• Task 1: services around the conception, design, coordination of the implementation of technical architecture of Web-based applications based on J2EE & Service-Oriented-Architecture and IT Security
• Task 2: assistance with the implementation of the technical architecture during information systems development projects
• Task 3 : Participation in technical working groups and progress meetings
• Task 4: Analysis and review of architectures, with a focus on reusable components, interoperability and security aspects.
EXPERTICE of Infrastructure Software Engineer - JEE, SOA, Weblogic:
• The experience stated in the framework contract for the requested profile.
• Practical experience proving the capability to execute the tasks described in § 2.
• Good knowledge of English (spoken, written)
• Rapid self-starting capability and experience in team working.
• Proactive attitude, communicative (i.e. good listener) and customer-oriented
Expert level knowledge in the following areas:
• JEE technologies
• SCRUM and/or RUP development methodology knowledge would be a plus
• SOA architecture
• Continuous integration (build automation, test automation, quality metrics)
• Front end technologies (HTML, Javascript, JQuery, Twitter Bootstrap, Ajax would be a plus)
Proven experience in the following:
Development, configuration and monitoring of WebLogic Server and Oracle Service Bus
Required specific expertise:
•JEE technologies (9 years)
•SOA architecture (3 years), including at least 1 year experience with Oracle Service Bus and Oracle WebLogic Service Stack
LANGUAGES:
It will be mandatory to have a fluent ENGLISH in order to work at the European Commission.
