Infrastructure Server Administration - France - Nice - 3 months contract must be French speaking

This position is also responsible for supporting Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity planning and participating in audit and security compliance as required. This position requires alignment with the team to operationally support any activities to prevent threats or exposures that are identified.

Responsibilities include:
Provide leadership to the Service Operations team for the Infrastructure Server Administration function in supporting all appropriate infrastructure server administration services, security policies, processes and capabilities are in place and up to date.

Manage the day-to-day relationship with global service providers/suppliers on operational issues. Seek out gaps and vulnerabilities in our infrastructure network environments that may be susceptible to downtime and/or customer impact.
Support and execute management based metrics to continuously improve our service stability and uptime
Be the liaison between HITS and SBG IT business leads in the region while managing their expectations
Coordinate transactional data exchange between service providers and internal process partners.
Review, Monitor vendor compliance to SLA and enforce vendor Partnering for complex problem resolution
Manage RCA (Root cause analysis process) with various Vendors and functional teams
Interface and drive 3rd parties for regular DC maintenance and support
Negotiate contract/proposal with 3rd parties for DC maintenance and capacity upgrade
Engage building and implementing server standards, process improvements, configurations and support processes
Participate and/or lead implementation of tools management such as (NetIQ, RSAM, Patchlink & ManageIQ)
Participate and support in DR/BCP activities, SOX, Audit, Compliance and Security activities.
Supporting HITS team with managing suppliers and executing or escalation of issues.
Help manage renewals of operational contracts - including licenses/support
Provide weekly/monthly reporting on major operational activities in the region
Sit on MI calls for the region and work through or assign RCCA activities
Provide on call coverage on a rotational basis

Experience/Education Required/Sought:
BS required; in lieu of degree 10 years IT experience
ITIL certifications
7+ years IT experience in a complex infrastructure environment
5+ years experience dealing with Back End telecommunications and Infrastructure Application disciplines
Expertise in Windows /AD/Vmware/Citrix (installation, deployment, maintenance, debugging knowledge)
MCSE, MCSA, Network+, UNIX, VAX, VCP, certification would be an asset
Extensive hardware and system software knowledge
Familiar with automated server processes such as remote monitoring, installation & deployment
Participation on teams with members located in multiple geographies
