Description
Green Light is looking for the experienced Senior Desktop Support Engineers to work for our reputed client.
Duties will include:
- Image laptops and desktops with Standard Operating Environment image using SCCM
- Support multiple SOEs including desktop applications
- Provide 2nd level onsite support for standard software and operating systems to PC, Laptop and Servers
- Investigate, diagnose and resolve hardware and software faults related to end-user devices
- Installation of peripheral network attached assets (eg printers, scanners & switches)
- Perform file backup and restore operations on servers in accordance with client instructions
- Break Fix issues in regards to cabling
- Physical installation of servers into rack units
- Prepare and implement system and security patches
- Pack and unpack the equipment onsite
Technical Skills:
- Hands on experience with Network Operating Systems
- Experience with Desktop Operating System
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN
- PC Hardware / Software experience
