Green Light is looking for the experienced Senior Desktop Support Engineers to work for our reputed client.

Duties will include:

  • Image laptops and desktops with Standard Operating Environment image using SCCM
  • Support multiple SOEs including desktop applications
  • Provide 2nd level onsite support for standard software and operating systems to PC, Laptop and Servers
  • Investigate, diagnose and resolve hardware and software faults related to end-user devices
  • Installation of peripheral network attached assets (eg printers, scanners & switches)
  • Perform file backup and restore operations on servers in accordance with client instructions
  • Break Fix issues in regards to cabling
  • Physical installation of servers into rack units
  • Prepare and implement system and security patches
  • Pack and unpack the equipment onsite

Technical Skills:

  • Hands on experience with Network Operating Systems
  • Experience with Desktop Operating System
  • Knowledge of LAN/WAN
  • PC Hardware / Software experience
