Integration and Acceptance Testing/Tester - Voice/IVR
The role is a test analyst role
The resource will be responsible for creating and executing test scripts from the requirements documentation and scope of each phase, reporting defects.
We will work closely with the business to produce acceptance test cases for them and assist in the management and execution of this phase.
The project is looking at moving call centres on to a new IPT phone system, the phone system has already been proved and is stable with all customers offices now using this.
A full end to end set of testing across all technologies

- Avaya
- Verint
- Interactive Work Space for e-services and call agents,
- Symon
- Work force Management
- Crystal Reports
- CCPulse
All the aspects have been system tested some in silos some with limited integration.
The integration test phase shall bring all of these aspects together and test that they work from a full end to end point.
There is 4 IVR call flows with a blackbox IVR package which the customer manages. The majority of phones lines are standard call flows to an agent skill set. Some lines have line prioritisation, others have skill prioritisation.
