Computer Futures are currently looking for C/C++ Applications Developers X4 to join a key client based in the Cardiff/Swansea area.This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing client of ours that are currently preparing for a massive upgrade on all their current products. This couldn't be a better time to join as you will become part of the next generation of software and will be getting involved in all aspects of the lifecycle.
You will be developing the Embedded Windows / WinCE and Android platform for a handheld device in a safety critical environment. This role is more suited to someone who has come from a Medical device / Aerospace / Safety Critical / Engineering ect background. Rather than an IT applications background i.e. Software house / Banking. We are ideally looking for senior developers that are able to hit the ground running.
Skills:
C/C++ or Java
QT
Experience on the following operating systems:
Windows / Windows Mobile / Windows CE / Windows phone 8 /
Or
Android / Linux / VX Works / iOS
The salary for this role can pay £40,000 - £50,000 and offers an excellent benefits package.
