My client is a world leading manufacturer of household appliances. They are seeking an Identitiy and Access Specialist to work in their Swiss office based in Aarau.

The succesfull candidate will have fluent command of both English and German and will be well versed in Identity Access Management (IAM) processes.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Responsible for the operation, maintenance and development of the IAM Services
  • Support for technical aspects of our identity and access management (IAM) project
  • Definition and implementation of the integration of the target systems, Franke at IAM
  • Rollout of the IAM solution and processes in the company of the Franke Group
  • Define and develop processes in the IAM environment
  • Operation, maintenance and development of the IAM application infrastructure
  • Contact for IAM questions for internal business partners and solution providers over the
  • Other tasks in the area of ??IT Service Management and ITSM platform


Key Requirements include:
  • Sound basic education in economics or computer science in computer science with training in process and data management
  • Experience in the operation and configuration of an IAM solution, preferably Dell Quest One Identity Manager
  • Communication experience with business partners in IAM in German and English
  • Experience in the definition and implementation of processes
  • Project management experience is an advantage
  • Experience with integration of systems (eg LDAP, SOAP APIs)
  • Experience in dealing with structured data (filtering, reporting, querying SQL, XML, CSV, VB.net Basic)
