I have a fantastic opportunity for a Service Desk Team Lead to join a fast paced, growing and rewarding organisation based in the heart of Dublin. This position will the Service Desk Team Lead leading a team of 1st and 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst's to deliver a quality service to the business.

The delivery aspect of the Team Lead position is that of providing support though taking calls, handling incidents and service requests using the incident reporting and request fulfilment process. Your responsibilities will include; Team Management, Call Logging, Call/Queue Management, Customer Service and Service Requests.

Technical Profile Required
-Active Directory
-Active Sync and BES Administration
-Sharepoint Administration
-Troubleshooting experience in OS/Desktop
-Exchange Administration
-SCCM & SCOM experience
-Microsoft Office 2003 + Support
-VOIP and Video Conferencing experience
