Project Manager CoE Projects and Processes
Responsibilities:
*Lead/Manage projects assigned to CoE Projects and Processes
oStF SAP roll-outs
oBusiness Integrations
oMarket Model changes
oWarehouse moves
oOther cross functional projects
*Define and establish project governance structure
*Establish, lead and manage overall Project Team
*Key contact to BUIT, StF, Local Teams, Regional Teams, SMEs, etc
*Impact Assessment and gap analysis on business process flows
*Overall resource planning for the project
*Create and maintain overall Project Plan and detailed project schedule/tracker
*Prepare and coordinate walkthrough/design workshops
*Gap and issue management
*Management of the User Acceptance Testing program
*Create training Plan and manage and manage user training program
*Change Management
*Cutover Planning and coordination
*Coordinate Knowledge transfer
The Project Manager needs to manage the projects from a business perspective. Technical set up and developments are handled by specialized technical teams. Nevertheless the Project Manager needs to be able to quickly pick up details of the overall structure and setup and drive the implementation on a detailed level.
Key Performance Indicators:
*On Time project deliverables versus committed implementation schedules
*Project deliverables are in line with customer requirements
*All key Team members current with project status and actions throughout initiative
Required Experience:
Essential:
*Tertiary degree or equivalent work experience considered with strong project management experience within operations, supply chain and/or IT.
*A minimum of 3-4 years experience in a FMCG company performing a Supply Chain/Operations role.
*Good Project Management Skills and sufficient Project Management Experience
*Good APO DP technical knowledge and operational experience in Demand Planning and SandOP
*Good APO SNP technical knowledge and operational experience in Supply Planning
Preferred:
*Formal Project Management Training/Process Engineering
*Ideally a minimum of 2-3 years experience in supply planning using an APS tool for either Master Production Scheduling or Detailed Scheduling. Knowledge of this clients supply chain footprint and its products.
*Experience in process design/process re-engineering and ERP/APS systems implementations.
*SAP BW knowledge/experience
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
English fluent is a must
