SC Cleared QA Engineer needed for a 12 month initial term contract based in London.
Skills
Experience in establishing and implementing Quality Management Systems in accordance with the requirements of ISO9000
QA experience with the service delivery life cycle model and multi-discipline background working on ICT/UTIL programmes
Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma practices
Self-motivated with proven interpersonal skills to support frequent interactions with Programme and Customer personnel
Desired skills
Failure Analysis and Corrective Action Systems (eg FRACAS) or other best practice approaches
Shared document repository experience (eg SharePoint 2010)
Experience working in a dynamic team environment, participating in process improvement initiatives and driving organisational culture changes
Working knowledge of MS Office 2010 products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc.)
Role
The individual fulfilling this role will assist in the development of Plan Documents, Work Instructions and Operating Procedures and strategies and their traceability to support, create, maintain and manage technical quality, as well as investigate, analyse and resolve problems and performance issues, ensuring behaviours, functionality and effectiveness of delivery systems.
