Service Delivery Consultant/First Line Support/Customer Service Analyst/Support Desk Analyst

We're looking for quick learning, agile and organised person to join our service delivery team. You will be responsible for managing the initial ingress of customer contact/interaction, receiving enquiries and requests, progressing queries and issues and managing the relationship with the customer through to conclusion. You will need to have excellent service skills, be able to communicate in writing and on the phone in an accurate and professional manner, and be ready to use your initiative and confidence to deal with the new challenges and requirements you will face on a daily basis. You will be computer literate, punctual, task-oriented, calm under pressure and ready to go the extra mile to provide the best possible experience for our customers. Ideally you'll have some experience in the service industry or a relevant qualification, but what we're really interested in is your positive, can-do attitude and desire to succeed.
