Description
For our client based in Geneva we are currently looking for a Change and Configuration Manager
Responsabilities:
Responsible for the execution and support of the following processes:
Change & Configuration Management
Manage Changes on a day to day basis
Chair the CAB and any form of ECAB (during release phases)
Collect information when missing and provide full visbility to stakeholders during meetings to validate solutions and deployments.
Support the Release Management process
Validate or challenge the Forward Schedule of Changes and be able to propose constructive solutions based on priorities.
Manage the Configuration Items life cycle and the process optimization Problem Management
Manage the current list of problems
Implement the problem management reporting following the agreed standards
Identify process weaknesses and propose corrective actions
Manage the continuous improvement life cycle of the process in correlation with Incident/Change/Configuration/Release Management processes.

ITIL v3
Experience:
Good knowledge of financial and banking domain
Knowledge and experience in IT Infrastructure
Knowledge of IT Delivery Cycles (Releases, Projects, Lifecycle Changes) in complex environments
Process analysis and improvement skills
Excellent presentation and communication skills

Excellent standard of written and spoken English and French
