User Experience Manager - Web, Mobile & Tablet - required to join a leading telco to deliver brilliant end-to-end user experiences across a multi platform and device strategy. You will work alongside web designers, developers, product owners and content/editorial teams to determine innovative user experience . You will be responsible for the delivery of user experiences across the online estate and the governance of the website.Suitable applicants will need demonstrable experience of User Centred Design methodology as well as
Experienced in interface and interaction design, site navigation and architecture, good typography and Photoshop skills.
A basic understanding of the latest web technologies including HTML/ HTML5, PHP, JavaScript, CSS, XML
Demonstrable understanding of user behaviour online (desktop, mobile & tablet), and best practise & thinking in this area.
Track record in delivering increased sales through improved user experience design and improved adoption of products and services.
Understanding of and experience in corporate branding, layout, colour theory and typography in digital media.
Track record working in Agile and Waterfall environments, working to deadlines and prioritising multiple tasks effectively
Broad understanding of technology, up and coming trends and its application to our business
A strong communicator, passionate about sales / service and able to enthuse others
