QA Analyst - Front OfficeOur client is looking for a Quality Assurance tester to fill a permanent role in Midtown Manhattan. Salary is K. Unfortunately visas cannot be transferred. No relocation assistance available. Candidate must have experience testing execution systems; work with automated or electronic trading systems is preferred.
Job Description
- Testing software systems to ensure that they meet performance guidelines and working to fill requirements
- Working with both automated and manual testing applications,
- Maintaining trading application simulations and regressions tests
- Communicate defect status along with updates with developers
- Work with traders to solve installation issues and problems with software
- Develop and analyze test data
Desirable Traits
- At least a Bachelor's degree (Computer Sciences preferred)
- Mathematical or technical background
- Adequate experience in at least one scripting language
- Must be able to communicate efficiently with co-workers
