This position will support Marketing decision-making through the reporting and analysis of Internet based Marketing communications.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Generate monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search & online initiatives.
  • Quickly identify causes and solutions to issues or unexpected results are identified in reporting.
  • Measure site usability and effectiveness to optimize purchase funnel.
  • Track and analyze site performance, user behavior and conversion. Use web analytics data to further refine projects and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • As needed, support the activities of external partners who manage the day-to-day activities that optimize paid search results.
Reporting:
  • Lead development of KPIs and reporting designed to monitor and improve digital marketing campaign performance.
  • Measure site usability and effectiveness to optimize purchase funnel.
  • Quickly identify causes and solutions to issues or unexpected results are identified in reporting.
  • Generate monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search & online initiatives.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of information being processed, stored or accessed.
  • Investigate, recognize and resolve data problems and inconsistencies.
Analysis:
  • Perform ad hoc analyses per department requests and analyses to identify and recommend revenue and monetization opportunities. Prepare ongoing analysis of marketing ROI for web spending.
  • Conduct research on and provide insight into industry/competitive search trends using 3rd party data.
  • Track and analyze site performance, user behavior and conversion. Use web analytics data to further refine projects and provide insights to stakeholders.
Improving Results:
  • Track progress of web marketing campaigns and identify opportunities to improve results.
  • Discover underperforming areas of the sites; identify opportunities to improve site performance.
  • Collaborate with Business Unit Marketing Liaisons to develop both new account and retention focused web marketing strategies in email, web site, and social networking channels.
  • Develop strategy recommendations for the optimal use of purchased web advertising.
  • Track developments in web analytics technology and tools and recommend process changes as needed.
  • Lead tags and tracking parameter implementations for web, mobile, and email with business teams and web developers
  • Lead the implementation and analysis of Multivariate and A/B testing (from hypothesis creation to identifying success metrics) and post test analysis. Manage online testing programs, including creation of a testing plan and review with internal sponsors and stakeholders
  • Assist in measurement set-up and management (eg, writing tagging specifications, managing goals and variables, etc).
  • As needed, support the activities of external partners who manage the day-to-day activities that optimize paid search results.
Professional Education
Marketing degree and 1-3 years relevant web experience or equivalent.

Additional Skills:
Must know Google Analytics and Google AdWords.
