IOT HANDSET TESTING ENGINEERS FRANCE (Paris) OR GERMANY (Dusseldorf)
My client is a leading mobile devices manufacturer and they are currently in need of 5 skilled IOT Engineers to join their team on a 12 month contract basis in either France or Germany.
The ideal candidate will have acted as a consultant at 3rd and 4th generation mobile operators/vendors, and be experienced in application testing on mobile equipment (mobile phones, datacards ), providing activities on all major manufacturers devices.
The open positions include professionals with experience in the activities listed below:
Deep knowledge of the most common audio/video compression formats for mobile handsets applications (MPEG 2/3/4, H.323, H.263, H.264 ).
Solid Inter-Operability Testing on the most common applications for mobile handsets:
Telco:

*Email
*RCS-e
*Service Loading
*Service Indication
*Sync ML
*Videocall
*Feature Interaction
*Vig
Web:
*Browsing
*JVM
*MMPlayback
*Streaming
*USIM
*OTA Setting
*Connectivity (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, USB )
*Content Forward Management
Tools Experience:
*Network Protocol Analyzer: Wireshark, Ethereal
*Logging Tool: MS log (EMP), Mobile Analyser (Infineon), QXDM/QCAT (Qualcom)
*Coaching and tutoring in Radio and Applications log analysis (Physical, MAC, RLC, RRC, TCP, HTTP, RTSP, RTP)
*Deep understanding of 3GPP, OMAspec
*Managing discussion about improvements with developers
Additional Skills:
*Expertise in Microsoft Office suite, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
*Fluent in English
