Cisco/Telecom Analyst
Latrobe, PA
3-6 months+ contract
Assist in trouble-shooting problems on a day to day basis for both Voice and Data. Update Visio and Excel documents to reflect current status. Many changes have been implemented over the past couple of years and the documentation needs to be updated. The hiring manager's priorities will be for candidates who have strong experience with Cisco Routers & Switches, Wireless, ACE 4710, and Nexus along with good Visio skills and some knowledge of Voice (Siemens or Avaya).
Skills & Experience:
- Expert level Cisco skill set. Must have Core Router, Router Configuration Interface and Switch experience
- Cisco certifications and/or proven Cisco expertise via job experience
- Avaya or Siemens Voice a plus. Some knowledge of Siemens and AVAYA PBX is preferred.
- Nexis/ACS System
- TCP/IP subnetting
- Good Knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, EIGRP, Network Design best practices.
- Knowledge of NetQoS, NCS, ACS, CSS, ASA, F5 LTM and Infoblox are all a plus
- Strong communication skills for Visio and documentation
- Visio, Microsoft Office, Wireshark, Microsoft Project, Windows, Service-Now, and Linux/Unix are a big plus
Interview Process: Phone Screen, followed by face-to-face interview.
