German speaking PMO

Our client, headquartered in Zurich, is an important subsidiary of a global company in the finance industry.

We are looking for a PMO. For this contract position based in Zürich, our client is looking for a German speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible.

Responsibility:

- Program meetings (agenda, minutes, document handling, coordination of work streams)

- Internal communication (Update of Intranet site goto/vpc, editing and publishing of internal news, close cooperation with internal communications and stakeholders)

- Coordination of VCP client mailings (handling sign-off process with legal/internal communications/proof readers and cooperation with output centre)

- Responsible for forms (development, adjustments, coordination of sing-off, publishing)

- Coordination and distribution of program reporting

- Prepare presentations to senior management & program bodies

- Development/editing/update of internal CA instructions

- Support of VCP Program Management

Requirements:

- Good understanding of banking environment

- Project Coordination experience

- Good knowledge and experience of tools, processes & communication

- Experienced in project management proficient user of MS Office (Powerpoint, Word and Excel)

- Proactive working style strong analytical and interpersonal skills sound written and verbal communication skills

- Languages: fluent in English and German (verbal & writing), any additional language an asset
