Role description:

The Site Acquisition Health Coordinator will work in the Site Acquisition Department

The Site Acquisition Health Coordinator will support the Site Acquisition Health Department ( EMF ) in the 3V/m and 1,5V/m regulation activities: Full simulation analysis/creation, coordination of Health projects ( 3V/m in Wallonia, Brussels, Flanders ), deliverables quality check, general reporting for each regions, data quality management, subcontractor follow-up ( prices, forecasts, quality ).

The Site Acquisition Health Coordinator will report to the BeLux Site Acquisition Manager.

Responsibilities:

* Make full analysis of the simulations ( coming from different simulation tool - ISSeP-BIPT-IBGE ) and able to provide pertinent remarks to be fully compliant with the institution guidelines.
* Leads/drives the Health simulation activities following Ericsson objectives/budget conditions and legal objectives.
* Responsible for the tracking tool update and the weekly status reporting.
* Reports on any escalating quality work, or deviation regarding the objectives.
* Manages the priority of action to perform in order to obtain the highest output as possible in terms of deliverables.
* Communication between different Ericsson teams working on the project.
* Communication with the different regulators ( ISSeP, IBGE, BIPT ) and the customer.
* Participates in the different workshops related to Health regulation.
* Sets up and maintains a data quality layer on multiple reporting tools with a focus.
* Maps/pictures/drawing accuracy analysis.
* Launches, follows up and receipts purchase orders for the Health regularization project. ( Customer PO and subcontractor PO )
* Contributes to the definition and improvement of Health processes, methods and procedures.
* Participates in transversal projects where needed.
