Description
Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and documenting programs. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. May report directly to a project lead or manager. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
SKILLS:
- May require a bachelor's degree.
- Requires 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Microsoft Access Development skills, including Access VBA
- Ability to gather business requirements from the user and formulate those requirements into a design that fits in the existing database architecture
- Advanced VBA skills
- Convert existing 2003 MS Access application to 2010 MS Access application; then convert 2010 MS Access application to Web application to host on SharePoint 2010
