This position is with an extremely exciting client who has just been approved for commercialization on their first drug and have a strong pipeline for years to come. They need a Sr. Manager of GXP Training to protect their most importanst investment... human talent.The requiremnets for this role are as follows:
- Minimum of five years experience leading training initiatives and programs for an organization.
- Previous training experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience developing and implementing course assessments, testing and other processes to ensure the effectiveness of the learning and development activities.
