Leading global suppliers of electronic systems to the nuclear industry are looking for a Software Engineer to work at their site on the south coast. The Software Engineer will be working on a brand new project for a Graphical Display Radiation Monitoring Instrument.
THE CANDIDATE
Software Engineer / Software Consultant / Software Developer
The successful candidate will have experience with:
* Real time programming in an embedded Linux operating system environment and C/C++
* Working on embedded Linux with Graphic display (GUI)
* Experienced with Real Time Operating Systems (RTOS)
* Must have experience creating reliable systems within a professional environment with robust code quality
* Must be able to write well documented code and structure documentation
* Quantifiable domain experience is required
Ideal experience would be experience with:
* UML
* U Boot
* ARM processors, you will be using a Freescale Cortex A processor
