Assessed Site EngineerOverall purpose
The Site Engineer is responsible for the Quality and Technical follow up of a site in construction included Radio equipment. It consists Outdoor and Indoor sites
Responsibilities and AuthoritiesRoles & Responsibilities
The Site Engineer is responsible for, but not limited to:
- Collect documentation for the Technical Site Survey Report
- take the lead during site visits (Acquisition process) and they discuss the technical solution with the parties involved
- During the technical visits in Acquisition they manage the technical solution in such a way that the most cost efficient solution is found.
- Validation of drawings made by the architects based on the technical visit
- Continuously update plan for specific single site
- Kick off Meetings prior to the site construction
- Create, based upon engineering the material list .
- Controlling material flow
- Detailed follow up of the construction phase with as aim that the site is built at the required quality. By doing this they make sure the site can be accepted first time right.
- He helps the subcontractor increasing the quality of the sites
- Collect and control quality of Site Audit Report, Site Acquisition documents, Site Drawings etc., including Execution documents during site building process from subcontractors
- Coordinate and drive Technical Site Surveys
- Controls that the site is build regarding the Building Permit, Stability and Technical requirements.
- Supervising progress of site building process; RND, ATND, Site Acquisition, CW Design, CW Construction, Installation&Integration, Initial Tuning including Acceptance.
- Solving problems escalated by Subcontractors
- Consult subcontractors of site related requirements
- Control rectification of installation defects
- Inspection of work done by subcontractors
- Collect Site documentation for Acceptance
- Coordinate and drive Acceptance
- Escalate problems to Roll Out Manager
- Continuously provide input for SiteHandler through the site building process
- Ensure that the sub-contractors' installation staff works according to instructions given
Authorities
The Site Engineer shall have sufficient authorization rights in the corporate environment to be able to efficiently execute the described role.

Reports to
The Site Engineer reports to the Roll Out Manager.
