RAN Integration Manager - RAN/Site Swap/RBS - Ireland
RAN/RBS Integration Manager - Rapidly growing, global telecommunications company has an excellent opportunity for a RAN/RBS Integration Manager to join their team in Dublin for an immediate start. As an Integration Manager you will be responsible for leading the RBS team, establishing and integrating onto new LTE sites. You will interface with the customer on issues relating to the integration of these sites. You will need to manage a team, often remotely, of engineers. You will also need to bring sites on air and ensure all testing and troubleshooting is completed whilst ensuring no network KPI degradation. You will be the point of contact for third parties, customers and internal departments.
This is a hands on, operational role and requires someone with an engineering background that has moved into a managerial capacity.
Key skills required:
* Mobile telecommunications experience
* Experience integrating a site swapout, and/or, integrating LTE sites or Network roll-out
* Experienced team leader with proven managerial experience
* Candidates must show gravitas, be flexible to lead and manage teams whilst also working to tight KPIs.
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in Ireland without sponsorship
