Description
We are seeking a Change Management Specialist for a 12 month contract position in Atlanta, GA. Looking for someone with an HR background and change management experience. Will be supporting the Procurement division.
Skills:
A bachelor's degree in business, psychology, or related field. MBA is preferred. Minimum of 10+ years of experience in the change management arena. Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices. Ability to collaborate and productively interact with a wide variety of cultures. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills (written and verbal). Knowledge of project management fundamentals. Strategic and innovative thinker with the ability to see the big picture, being able to drive projects from development to completion independently. Direct experience leading change efforts with large-scale global organizational impact.
Responsibilities:
Support and facilitate leadership effectiveness for the phased implementation and adoption of Global P2P Guided Buying project. This includes ensuring the engagement of all stakeholders, improving the perception & delivery of value received from Global P2P Guided Buying through communication planning and execution. Ensure project change management is implemented in a coordinated, controlled and consistent manner while also planning and coordinating training development & delivery needs.
Customers and Customer Expectations:
Customers include the executive sponsor, project leader, project core team members, and the leaders for the business units undergoing implementation. It is expected that the incumbent will forge close ties with Corporate Communications, HR's Organizational Effectiveness team, and key stakeholders as determined by the project core team.
