Description
IT Project Manager (Procurement) - Dutch Speaking - Veldhoven, The Netherlands. part time: 2-3 days/week.
My client in Veldhoven, The Netherlands is looking for an IT Project Manager with solid experience in Procurement related processes.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Project leadership and responsible for delivery and roll
- out of the IT solution, on time, within budget and to the required standards
- Conduct the project According to the internal IT project methodology.
- Define and manage project planning, project execution and closing; transfer project to process owner in IT service management.
- Lead the IT project team in gathering and documenting functional requirements, creating specifications (IT architecture and business architecture), develop, test and implement new solutions and/or Enhance Replace existing applications.
- Effectively manage, and where Necessary coach project team resources.
- Actively manage the relation with all internal and external (suppliers/sub -contractors) stakeholders; act as cross- sector interface represents the project team across the client, report progress in Project Boards and/or Steering Committee (s).
- Manage all communications and reporting related to the project tracking and monitoring on time, effort and cost and report potential project risks.
Special Knowledge:
- 10 + experience in IT procurement related processes on my side
- Knowledge of/experience with SAP SaaS integration solutions
- Knowledge and experience with Ariba is a plus
Dutch Speaking Assignment. Start: 2nd December 2013. part time 50% deployment (2-3 days/week). 6 Month+ Contract. Location: Veldhoven, The Netherlands.
