Our CLIENTOur client is a Reinsurance firm that has an entrepreneurial drive with a promising future. At this moment they look for a Senior within the Property underwriting field.
You will be part of the Senior staff and to be successful in this role you will need in depth knowledge within the property field and a strong business sense.
The ROLE
You will be working closely with your market and your clients to ensure you drive the business forward
* Guide, advise and contribute to the growth of the business
* Analyse the market and further develop client relationships
* You will assume responsibility to develop the strategy and build the portfolio
* Follow through on the business plan and ensure activities are at best capacity
* Ad-hoc projects
The REQUESTED profile
We are looking for a candidate having the following skills and expertise:
* Extensive experience and a deep knowledge within the Property Underwriting field
* Treaty Reinsurance experience
* Able to provide creative solutions to the clients and the business
* Experience in the Latin American markets or alternatively a strong network
* Strong Communicator and negotiator
* Fluent in English and ideally Spanish or Portuguese
