RATE: £ DURATION: 6 MONTHS ROLLING LOCATION: CANARY WHARF

Role

Provide support to reward systems and related projects within the function. Contribute to multiple aspects of systems administration, working with Reward leads across the Group.

• Understanding of Reward, including Discretionary Total Compensation Approach and Policies.
• High level of technical proficiency with software applications, including MS Excel and Access; as well as GHRS. Experience with pay review systems a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence others.
• Well developed organsiational skills.
• Advance Knowledge of Excel or VBA
• Working on Payreview systems
