Enterprise Partners are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager for an exciting organisation based in London looking to further expand their EMEA business.The Senior Service Delivery manager will be responsible for managing the Enterprise accounts for the business. They will have complete ownership of key relationships and develop these in to long-term partnerships.
Suitable individuals will need the following:
Strong relationship management and building skills
Experience of Contract renewals and Service Delivery
Strong experience in a Service Delivery / Account Management role
Experience of the IT industry working practices / methodologies - ITIL foundation certification
The ability to identify opportunities within key customers and develop these
Strong Problem-solving and communications skills
Manage customer projects and implementations
The ability to deliver projects within budget and in agreed SLAs
Set and deliver SLAs
Manage contract renewls and service improvement plans
