Description
The position reports to the Development Director and is responsible for leading, coordinating, directing and managing the activity of a cross-functional project team as it relates to: planning, control, integration, and completion of the necessary tasks and responsibilities to bring product from conceptual stages, through the product life cycles, and up to commercialisation; domestic and global.The ideal candidate will have:
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- The ability to lead and gain consensus with cross-functional teams.
- Good judgment, common sense organisational and management skills.
- The ability to prepare and plan accordingly as it relates to the project's current/future status.
- The ability to adapt to customer, organisational, business and external influences with integrity, immediate consideration and action to meet business objectives.
- The ability to work/lead others through aggressive challenges, obstacles, deadlines and changes requiring personal sacrifice and commitment.
- The ability to clearly communicate ideas, work instructions, goals and objectives and results through meetings and presentations, and in written meeting minutes, memos, email and reports.
- The ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Necessary Requirements;
- 3-5 years project management experience.
- Managed successful business facing projects previously.
- Working experience within a regulated Industry
