A unique opportunity has come about to work for a leading Vendor in theUK. Your role as Sales Director will be to reporting directly to the group MD's whilst managing and growing the sales teamThe director will be a proven business leader who will have evidence to support experience of leading sales teams who sustain strong profitable relationships. The successful sales director will be a client advocate, salesperson, coach, and team player as well as being able to make decisions rapidly that are business critical.
Over the next 4 years there is a strategic plan in place to aggressively grow revenue and profits, so this hire is seen as key to the development of the company.
You must have experience in the following: -
Previous history in a Sales Director position.
Excellent knowledge of the ERP or CRM sales industry.
Managing a sales team of 15+ heads.
Leading sales teams who are both internal and external.
Have the presence and ability to motivate the team.
Must be able to open up new markets Manufacturing/ financial/ public
Product knowledge of ERP or CRM solutions.
P&L responsibility, including forecasting & budgeting.
