Description
We are looking for 2 x Cisco UC Engineers with extensive experience in high level implementation and support of Cisco Unified Communications for a large mining company in Perth.
Your role:
This role involves implementing and supporting enterprise Cisco Voice Solution around Call Manager and Unified Communications. This project will have the successful person working with an experienced team of engineers and architects with a potential view for an extension working on other projects within the organisation.
To be successful for this role, you must have the following:
- Cisco CCNP Voice/CCIE Voice Accreditation
- Demonstrable experience deploying and supporting Cisco UC - Cisco Call Manager 8/9
- High level implementation skills
- Enterprise experience
- Voice Protocols
- Experience with H323, OSPF, SIP Trunks, LAN/WAN, Call Manager
- Experience of Cisco Contact Centre (UCCE or UCCX) would be advantageous
