Location: Bethlehem, PA - On-site initially (all expenses covered), then 100% remote.

ABOUT THE POSITION
GTN Technical Staffing is searching for Senior Citrix Administrator for a 12M+ Long-Term Contract opportunity in Bethlehem, PA. The Senior Citrix Administrator w/XenDesktop will support and rollout large Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop environments with a particular focus on specific clients located offshore of the US. The Senior Citrix Administrator w/XenDesktop will provide troubleshooting support for Tier I/II issues, manage security patch deployments, as well as maintain the XenApp Servers. The Senior Citrix Administrator w/XenDesktop MUST possess advanced knowledge of implementation features and functions in a Windows Server environment. The Senior Citrix Administrator w/XenDesktop MUST have experience publishing applications through XenDesktop (no exceptions) as well as experience providing supporting Windows Servers/VMware environments.
Candidates will need to be on-site Monday -Friday and we will cover all travel expenses associated with your stays including flight, hotel, and per-diem. Once there is a level of trust built up between you and our client, you will be able to work remotely for the remaining part of the contract.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of experience in the following skill sets
- Citrix Administration - Configuration/Troubleshooting/Support
- Citrix XenApp v5+
- Citrix XenDesktop v4+
- Citrix Presentation Server
- Windows Server Administration/Support
- VMware ESX/vSphere Administration/Support
- Excellent Written/Verbal Communication
PREFERRED (but not required)
- CCA - Citrix Certified Administrator
- CCAA - Citrix Certified Advanced Administrator
- CCEE - Citrix Certified Enterprise Engineer
