BPM skills using Open Text Case 360 tool (earlier called Global 360 Case 360 tool).
Design and Implementation skills in above tool
Must have Java background
Good analytical skills
Good client facing and communication skills
Should be able to coordinate with offshore, oversee technical implementation, review and work with customer side TA, BA and business to get continuous feedback on requirements and delivered iterations.
