Position Type: 3M Contract (with the possibility of contract extensions/conversion to full-time)
Hourly/Salary: to $65W2
ABOUT THE POSITION
GTN Technical Staffing is seeking a SharePoint BA with InfoPath Integration experience for a 3M Contract (with the possibility of contract extensions/conversion to full-time) opportunity, working 100% remotely. The SharePoint BA will assist in a SharePoint Site Migration and requires a candidate with strong experience with SharePoint Services with InfoPath Integration experience, master-level experience with MS Excel's PowerPivot, and some working experience with Business Objects XO Query Builder. In this role, the SharePoint BA will be creating a new SharePoint site using the information from for the old SharePoint site that failed. The SharePoint BA will migrate data from the old site to new site and add sub links to several different tabs within the business.
- Creating a new SharePoint Site and Team Sub Sites for Tracking
- Team Financials/Budget
- Team Training Attendance/SharePoint Training Site
- Manage/Create/Maintain Metrics
- RPM (Timesheet/Resource Utilization) Metrics
- Automation Metrics
- Network Engineering Q/A Metrics
- Create Format/Process for Repeatable Capture/Reporting on Specific Metrics
- Change Induced Incidents
- Change Process Violation
- Network Design Compliance
- Remedy Metrics/Current Metrics
- Archive/Historical Metrics
- Change Implementer Metrics
- Weekend Update Report/Metrics/SharePoint Sub Site
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
4+ years of experience in the following skill sets;
- SharePoint Business Systems Analyst
- Interface with External Clients to Obtain/Gather Requirements
- Create Technical/Functional Specifications
- SharePoint Integration Analysis
- SharePoint Integration with InfoPath
- Migration of Forms/Templates
- Create SharePoint Links for Business Needs
- MS Excel (EXPERT-Level)
- PowerPivot (EXPERT-Level)
- Macros/PivotTables
- BO (Business Objects) Query Builder
- BO XI (STRONGLY preferred, but not required)
- MUST Possess Experience Creating Queries within Query Builder, from Scratch!
