Description
Role:
Execute operational activities for the extension of contractor assignments. Activities include the validation of extension needs, communication with suppliers, coordination of stakeholders and contract management activities.
The role includes contract renewals, termination and to maintain and create documentation.
The role joins Cross-Category Sourcing and will mostly be focusing on Audit, HR and IT.
The Analyst will in addition to working with suppliers and contractors be using HR systems including Oracle and Peoplesoft and managing the relationship with internal clients.
Required skills:
- Relevant recruitment/screening experience in procurement and/or IT
- proficient Oracle/Peoplesoft user
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Fluency in English - other languages are a bonus.
