Description
A certified and experienced Scrum Master is required ASAP by my client - a government funded organisation to work within the security sector. Initially on a 3 month basis within their London office (Heathrow and Westminster). A very experienced and confident scrum master who isn't too overbearing but who can have the added advantage of bringing new ideas into the wider team is key.
An ideal background will include the following:
experience within digital projects, exposure to PHP or other open source technologies and on overall team player/facilitator. The successful scrum master will need to be very personable and will be liaising with stakeholders so be able to talk on a non-technical level without being condescending. This is all within an AGILE environment so this is also key and the project is very delivery focused within digital so thins may also suit a Digital PM who has worked within an agency environment.
