Key Account Sales Director/Manager- Sweden

1x Key Account Sales Director/Manager is needed on a perm basis in Stockholm Sweden for one of
our prestigious clients in telecommunications. Fluent Swedish and English is required for application.

Start time is ASAP.

Responsibilities:

The role is to run and operate an existing strategic account within the Sweden business and carries
heavy responsibility for developing the future of the account which is of strategic importance to the
company.

Reporting into the Sales VP/Key account director in Sweden.

The candidate will be expected to perform all aspects of sales management including creating
executing the strategy for the division in line with corporate objectives.

Further, the candidate will have accountability for the executive CRM within identified accounts and
provide consultative sales for key opportunities within the alternative service providers sector.

Identify, develop and close key sales opportunities with identified accounts

Build and maintain C-level executive relationships across all customers

Create detailed sector business plan strategy and execute against implementation plan consistent
with business goals 'sales management of pipeline opportunities, account planning and CRM for
indentified Sweden sales team

Develop, mentor and coach sales individuals including performance management within team

Work with and influence all other Sweden cross Matrix functional teams to ensure successful delivery/
deployment of projects

Manage and coordinate key activities between client and the customer. Promote the full range of client

Technologies solutions to defined customers.

Produce and deliver formal business proposals and presentations into targeted customer base.

Create and present customer proposals and quotations where applicable.

Create co-operative business plans with customers and their partners and help to define new business
models to drive growth.

Qualifications:

Demonstrate ability to develop new business models for customers with new technology.

Demonstrate ability to manage customer accounts at both the CxO and technical level.

Ability to establish brands, explore product opportunities, work out customer product competitive
strategies and competitive plans.

Have a good working knowledge of at least one or more of the following products solutions:
Core Network, Service, Wireless Network, Broadband Network, IP network, WDM Network, IT
Software business, including IPTV, Billing, IDC, Storage etc. 'set Top Box / IPTV business

Detailed knowledge of local carrier business models and service management strategies.

Ideally educated to degree level in a commercial or engineering discipline fluent English and Swedish
