Description
Key Responsibilities include:- Design and implementation of new enterprise wide IAM processes and optimizing the already implemented IAM processes
- Integration of new systems and components in the IAM solution
- Planning, specifying, evaluating, migrate, develop / implement, configure, test and deploy links to the central identity management system
- Elicit, specify the required mapping and workflow process definitions with the appropriate status monitoring and bonding to the processes for incident handling
- Defining standards and guidelines
- Specify the appropriate methods, techniques, standards and tools for the construction and operation of the connected systems to the identity management system
- Development and maintenance of technical system documentation and system overviews (configurations)
- Edit faulty system states (3rd. level support)
- Development of concepts for diagnosis and performance tuning of Identity Management
Key Requirements include:
- Extensive experience with Novell / NetIQ Identity & Access Management (IAM) and be trained, resilient understanding of IAM (benefits, features and challenges)
- Ability to overlook the technical relationships between Active Directory synchronization processes, user management, identity management tools, audit requirements, and various endpoints
- Experience in process engineering
- Strong experience with JBoss, Tomcat, IIS, Application Server, as well as proven experience programming with Java / JEE, ideally also. Net
- Knowledge regarding web service standards, identity propagation, SSO and Federation (SAML, ADFS), as well as the application development paradigms
- Sound knowledge of Windows, Linux, VMware, and databases (MS SQL, DB2 and Oracle)
- Rapid analysis capability with a view of the whole and stress resistant and flexible
- Very good German and good English spoken and written
