EXCLUSIVE OPPORTUNITY:
This is an exciting opportunity for an SC Cleared Operational Acceptance Testing Test Engineer (OAT) to join a team, working on a government client, supporting the delivery of a new infrastructure platform. There will be elements in both streams of work that need to be OAT tested. OAT will need to be planned with personnel from a live services team and other SMEs. The role will involve assisting the Test manager to draft OAT Test Plans and Test Exit reports and will require coordination and scheduling of the work within the 2 streams of work. This is an initial 6 month assignment based in Steria's Head office in Hemel Hempstead.
Responsibilities:
OAT Testing; Senior Stakeholder management; Test Coordination, drafting and reviewing Test Plans and Exit Reports - DRBs - Incident Management - Progress Reporting - Issue and Risk Management.
Essential Skills:
You must have previous experience of delivering/executing OAT in other large programmes.
Excellent knowledge of the test life cycle and must have the capability to review requirements, design documents and interpret these into high level test scenarios and then working with SMEs and Live Services personnel to translate these into executable test scripts within Quality Centre.
Due to the nature of the client and project we do require SC cleared Testers with valid and fully transferable SC clearance.
