Siebel Solution Architect - Siebel Architecture, Siebel v8.1, Siebel 8.1 e-Media, Siebel CRM is required by my client who is based in Farringdon, London

Responsible for:

Siebel v8.1 architecture UMLs and sequence diagrams
Agreeing architectural solutions across numerous global systems
Future proofing designs for further global expansion
Ensuring end to end (cross system) solutions meet Business Need
Communicating and agreeing cross system solutions with other Oracle assets
Communicating architectural decisions and other system changes to Siebel team
Communicating end to end solutions to Business Stakeholders for sign off
Providing solution guidance for Functional Team
Providing solution guidance to support Legacy and new interfaces in parallel
Reviewing Functional Documentation to meet Business Need and Best Practice
Reviewing Technical Documentation to meet Business Need and Best Practice
Reducing/Maintaining the low level of customisation
Assisting test team to determine process gaps, system defects and affected systems
Documenting architectural decisions and providing guidance to functional/technical teams

Qualifications and Requirements:

The following minimum qualifications are required in order for an individual to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of this job:
Experience multiple deployments of Siebel, with at least one global deployment staying as close to Siebel out-of-the-box functionality
Strong knowledge of Siebel Architecture and processes
Experience in Siebel 8.1 e-Media a plus'
Strong Siebel Tools experience
Strong knowledge of the Siebel Schema and vanilla Business Processes
Strong process knowledge of business and business systems
Experience in as many of the following Siebel CRM functional areas as possible: Sales, Service, Order Management, Products, Pricing, Marketing & Campaign Management, CRM Desktop
Experience in global implementations: Multi-lingual, multi-currency, multi-org, multi-time zone
Must be a creative problem solver, flexible, proactive, and work in a fast paced, ever changing environment
Must be able to handle multiple requests from functional, technical and other systems' teams
Strong interpersonal interaction and teamwork with a customer service orientation
Requires strong oral and written communication skills with proven ability to communicate and build relationships cross-functionally
Ability to organise, prioritise work, meet deadlines, and work independently
