Description
System Dynamics has a requirement for resources to provide a service for projects delivered on SAP (ERP 6.0) IS-U system in the Supply SAP IS-C Team. This team is responsible for delivery of key business processes and for the delivery of projects and enhancements to the SAP (ERP 6.0) IS-U system. SAP ISU Service is, in the main, project driven. It is estimated that the requirement will be for up to four (4) persons to provide this service.
Location:
The assigned resources will be based in Dublin city centre, but the option of an offshore element to the delivery of the service will be considered.
Key Responsibilities that this Service Provides
Perform a key role as part of a team responsible for the delivery of enhancements to the SAP (ECC/ERP 6.0) IS-U components within a defined Project for the Electricity' market.
Maintain a common set of scoping, design, implementation and test artefacts and templates in line with agreed Project definitions
Perform clear communication and interaction with a number of stakeholders involved in this Project
Provide and maintain project documentation to allow smooth transition of Project into
Support organisation
Skills/Experience Required:
Knowledge of SAP IS Utility functionality
Knowledge in the following specific areas is necessary:
FI-Contract Accounting
Workflows
UCES-Biller direct
Mass Billing/Invoicing
Device Management
IDE/Switching
Knowledge of Quality Centre and standard testing practices for ISU Projects
Knowledge of the Retail Electrical & Gas industry in Ireland & Northern Ireland is desirable including Prepay/PAYG metering
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory
Timescales & Commitment
This assignment will commence in December 2013 and continue until the End of September 2015. This assignment entails 5 working days per week.
