The Client:Our client, an international company, is now looking for a Software Development and Project Manager, to strengthen their team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensuring that teams have the appropriate product and technical specifications
Ensuring that projects remain on target to meet agreed deadlines
Assisting the Product Owner in defining the Product Vision
Management of the designated Software Development team
Skills and Attributes:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
At least 5 years of management/leadership experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the design, developmnet, release cycle and delivering software products
Programming experience, Java or other OOP will be considered as an asset
Knowledgeable in relational datatbases
Documentation experience (UML)
Experience with Scrum methodology and Agile practices will be considered as an asset.
Results oriented
Fluent in English
