Tasks
Support the team in delivering the improvement measures (e.g. easier access to service requests and status thereof) which resulted out of the GTEC customer satisfaction survey.
Requirements
• Drupal programming Skills.
• Needs to be located in Switzerland.
• Does not impact KTLO, as it is CtB financed.
